Why it is worth it

We are not selling promises of volume. Here is what actually changes in your work.

The job arrives ready

The document is already recognised, the text extracted, the pages counted and the deadline set. You do not negotiate with the client or chase payment — it is collected before you start.

An AI draft as a starting point

Every job comes with a machine translation in Word and Excel. You correct it and put your name on it — or delete it and translate from scratch if you prefer.

You set the volume

Choose how many jobs you can carry at once and switch yourself to unavailable whenever you need. While you are unavailable nothing reaches you — no explanations, no penalties.

Notary and apostille without the errands

Legalisation, apostille and delivery to the client are ours to handle. You deliver the translation; we run the rest of the chain.

What we expect

No formal exams, no joining fee. What counts is the work you deliver.

  • Professional command of at least one language pair.
  • Meeting deadlines — or telling us early when that is not possible.
  • Care with names, dates and figures: in official documents that is where the expensive mistakes live.
  • Confidentiality: client documents are not discussed and not kept outside the platform.
  • Sworn/authorised status is a plus, not a requirement — though it is mandatory for notarised translations.

How it works

From application to first job — usually a few days.

  1. 1

    Send the application

The form on this page. It takes a few minutes and needs no attachments.

  2. 2

    We reply

We look at your profile and the language pairs we currently need. You hear from us either way.

  3. 3

    You set up your account

If we go ahead, you get an invitation by email and choose your own password. We never see it.

  4. 4

    You receive your first job

The system assigns automatically, by language pair and current workload. You are notified by email.

Frequently asked questions

What does it pay?

Rates are agreed individually, based on the language pair, complexity and monthly volume. We settle this before your first job so you know exactly what you are taking on.

Do I need to be an authorised translator?

Not for ordinary translations. For notarised ones authorisation is required by law, so those jobs go only to authorised colleagues.

Must I accept every job?

No. You set your own limit of concurrent jobs, and when you have no time you switch to unavailable. Nothing arrives until you come back.

How does tax work?

We work with your own tax status — a patent or sole trader registration in Moldova, copyright income or PFA in Romania. We tell you which documents we need once the collaboration is agreed.
